Reza founded Beauty Derm on a simple belief: the best aesthetic work goes unnoticed. A registered nurse since 2019 with a background in nurse case management, he brings a clinician’s precision and a case manager’s habit of listening first to every treatment plan.

His approach is deliberately conservative — refined dosing, honest guidance, and results designed to look like you on your best day, never like someone else. As Beauty Derm’s lead provider, Reza personally oversees treatment planning and performs the clinic’s advanced injectable and regenerative procedures.

Jessica, RN

Aesthetic Provider

Jessica is a registered nurse and aesthetic provider at Beauty Derm, working alongside Reza to deliver the clinic’s signature natural-looking results.

Known for her warm, unhurried consultations, she takes time to understand each client’s goals before recommending a plan — and she’ll tell you honestly when a treatment isn’t the right fit.
